Lower Cheltenham Place, bristol
★★★★★

Wellington, Wellington
★★★★  This mosque is culturally diverse but if I was going to say which group predominates it would be Fijian Indian. At the end of the day however its a pretty multicultural mosque with the leaders all speaking English and long term members of the community. Women are treated well compared to other mosques however the glass in the wall seperating the women and men's area in the prayer hall has recently been frostede over. There are classes for women and childern in the weekend, see the website for details. There are also youth events currently focused on men however there are definitly things young women can involve themselves in.

★★★★★  Modern clean friendly masjid.

Chicago, IL
★★★★★  Masha'allah a very active and vibrant masjid. Reminiscent of the atmosphere in Chicago. 5 times daily prayers are offered here, and the community here is blessed with many huffaz. Masha'allah this place is also active in the work of Da'wah/ tabligh/propogation.

★★★  Good community. Runs weekend school. Adheres to Ahlus Sunnah principles. No Imaam, no elections. Not enough space for women. They are looking for expansion. Insufficient space for Jumah and Taraweeh. Excellent website and forums to socialize.

★★★  Of all the countries and masajid I've prayed in, this is the second most unwelcoming masjid I've encountered. If one is not from the predominant ethnic group, odds are that no one will give you salaams or care to notice that you exist. The school is good, again very specific to one ethnic group, but because of the school I'll rate 3/5 and insha'Allah ta'ala in the future this masjid will be more welcoming and friendly.

Albuquerque, NM
★★★★  Located in the Lower Level of UNM's Student Union Building, this is just a quick salah stop. Since the Islamic Center of New Mexico (ICNM) is up the street, this is a spot for busy students to pray in between classes. For prayer services students head over to ICNM. In order to gain access to the room, a valid UNM ID must be noted by the President and added to the access list as required by Univesity Policy. Otherwise, guest are always welcome to join memebers.

★★  This jam`at is strongly disrecommended, especially for women.
