★★★ small storefront masjid, usually open just for the exact salah times. jumah can get pretty packed. downside is no separate women's entrance; they need to walk through the mens area to get to their prayer area. Also shared bathroom, but not many women attend salaah to make it an issue. khutbas are in english/arabic and are very good in content even though english translation is sometimes shaky.
