The Ar-Rahma Mosque is run by the Religious Administration of Ukrainian Muslims is officially registered in the state bureau of the religious affairs in 9-9-1992. It's presided by the Mufti of Ukraine Sheikh Ahmad Tamim and the official representative of the Muslims in the country whose number exceeds two million.
