Turkish-American Religious Foundation-Virginia is an operating name of the Diyanet Center of America. a non-profit organization located in Norfolk, Virginia. TARF-Virginia was established in 2016 by a group of Hampton Roads Turkish-Americans to provide religious, social and educational services to Turkish immigrants and Muslims living in the Hampton Roads.
