The Islamic Culture Center of Rochester is affiliated with The American Muslim Association of New York. They also participate in activities with the local Christian churches three times a year for exchanging information and discussing similarities between the two faiths. The mosque is also part of the Muslim-Jewish dialogue. About 50% of the membership is Turkish, 30% Bosnian; others include African Americans, Yemenis, and Somalis. Added on May 30, 2005
