The history of Islamic Association of Allen (IAA) begins in 2001 when the few Muslim families in Allen decided to establish a Musalla. The first Musalla was established in November 2001 behind a gas station on Greenville Avenue. The Islamic Association of Allen was registered as a 501(c) (3) Non Profit Organization on February 13, 2006. IAA moved to 202 N. Allen Drive, Suite D, Allen, TX 75013 on July 2007.
