| Islamic Center of Greater Cleveland: NR As salaam ua laikum. I have been to this masjid for various salat and for one Eid. I do not know much about the community there, but I do know that they offer many classes on Arabic, Qu'ran, Serah, etc...It is a very impressive building and a beautiful masallah. | Uqbah Mosque Foundation: ★★★★★ As salaam ua laikum. This masjid is truly a multi-cultural masjid with various races and ethnicities represented at every salat. After each Jum'uah there are vendors who sell food, clothing, books, etc...There are many activities for children like camping, swimming, basketball, Arabic, etc...There are also Deen classes as well, such as fiqh, janazah, Qur'an, etc...The masjid is between two major hospitals, museums, and a college but still in the inner city. So, there are muslims here from all walks of life, marsha'Allah. as salaam ua laikum. (Submitted on August 17, 2008) |
| First Cleveland Mosque: NR I recently attended a talk at this masjid and the talk was followed by a brief meal. This was a very enjoyable time. The imam there is also the official religious leader of the entire city of Cleveland. he is very active and has a real presence in this community. As salaam ua laikum.
