| Centro Cultural Andalusí: ★★★★★ A very nice mosque. Easy to find from the main road. If you are lucky enough, inshaAllah you can just park your car at the side of the road.
You can find a halal market close to the mosque. They sells fresh meat and spices. but they do not speak english so prepare your basic spanish. (Submitted on January 20, 2013) |
| Great Mosque of Granada: ★★★★★ Subhanallah.
Amazed by the spirit of the locals, trying to build up Islam in Granada after alhambra being taken by other forces.
You can see alhambra clearly from this mosque and take some pictures.
Location of this mosque is quite hard to find. In your GPS, just type Estrellas de San Nicolas and you can see the mosque from this building. Road going to this mosque is very narrow so you should use small car to travel.

| King Fahd bin Abdelaziz Al Saud Mosque: ★★★★★ Subhanallah. A mosque built on the land of British, next to the legendary Jabal Tariq.
Close to the Europa point and you can see Morocco from here. Easy to park and nice people.
Quite saddening because this area is originally Muslim's. Then it is taken by others.

| Murrabateen Masjid: ★★★★★ Suprised by a small mosque built in the middle of a plaza. Dont know how it is built since I dont know any Spanish.
But people inside are very friendly.
Just go the the Plaza de Colon, park there(cost 1euro for3hours) and you can see the mosque. (Submitted on January 20, 2013) |
