| Masjid Malcolm Shabazz: ★★★★ The historic Mosque was the historic Mosque #7 where Malcolm X taught. After his untimely assassination in 1965, the building was fire bombed burned down. The Hon. Elijah Muhammad purchased the propoerty and built the structure in the picture and assigned Min. Louis Farrakhan as spiritual head of the Mosque. He lead it from 1965-1975. The building was reopenned after its construction in 1968. During the mid 70's-80', the Masjid was lead by Imam Ali Rashid until his death, replaced by the current leader, Imam Izak el Mu'heed Pasha.
