Alhamdulillah, nice masjid, warm atmosphere. The Masjid is small and resources are limited but the Imam is a genuine person who tries to lead the working class members of the community to strengthen themselves in their deen. The location is convenient however it is a rough area. Best to call ahead because Masjid is sometimes locked in between prayers. 
The people are nice. Its really a few families that got together and started a masjid for themselves so they could hold juma. Its most African American and men and women sit in the same room but segregated. It could be much much better. However, I think they are trying to work with what they have. May Allah SWT reward them for there efforts.
