★☆☆☆☆ The entrance to the women's section is in complete disarray. There is no lighting on the way to the entrance. The dark alley seemed unsafe; there were broken tiles strewn throughout the path. There were large puddles of water beneath the wooden stepping-stone-like structures on the way to the women's section. The women's restroom was unfinished.
