Mussallah - no jummah prayers here. Masjid-e-Hamza has been in existence since 2001. We are located at 3417 Knox Place in the Norwood section in the northwest part of the Bronx on New York City. The Masjid structure is almost a 100 years old and in dire need of an immediate and complete rebuild, making it a city violation and an unsafe place where Juma prayers are not allowed. Masjid-e-Hamza and Community Center new building will serve all the Muslim families and their children in the area. The new building will have facilities for children to read Quran and Islamic studies as well as play area where they will spend time and the children will be off the street.
