The Muslim Unity Center was established under the leadership of Victor (Ghalib) Begg in 1993 and the group's founding board quickly purchased a former school on Square Lake Road in Bloomfield Hills. The now renovated Center includes a spacious and light-filled prayer hall (with a mezzanine for women), a gymnasium, a large banquet facility, an industrial kitchen, new offices, and 8 classrooms. ★★★★☆ Imam speaks good English. Has a room for children to play in with loudspeaker inside to hear the khutbah. Also has a basketball court and a cafe. One entrance into masjid. Posted on February 18, 2014

★★★★★ Attended Jumuah while visiting family in the area. Nice clean masjid, mashAllah. Two times for Jumuah - 1:40 and 3pm. Separate sister's balcony upstairs overlooking the main prayer hall. The facility has classrooms and I saw lots of children in summer camp. Posted on July 8, 2011
