The MSA is a registered student organization at the UW whose purpose is to provide a supportive and inclusive community on campus for all Muslims, represent Islam on the UW campus, educate people of other faiths about Islam and Muslims, counter Islamophobia, and engage in interfaith outreach, work towards strengthening faith in students and learning about Islam, serve as representatives for the Muslim body on campus by conducting ourselves according to the authentic teachings of Islam, and empower Muslim students to become leaders in their communities.
